TheBigList collects account, billing, usage, and business search information to provide and improve our services.

We do not sell customer account information.

Business data may come from public sources, public business websites, third-party APIs, licensed providers, or user searches. This data can include business names, addresses, telephone numbers, websites, publicly posted contact email addresses, source URLs, and the dates records were collected or checked.

We collect and provide business contact data to operate our business-list and email-discovery services. A publicly posted address is not represented as opted in or as consent to receive marketing.

Discovered email addresses may be classified as general-business or individual addresses based on the portion before the @ symbol. This classification is informational and may not always reflect how an address is actually used.

Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers.

If you choose Facebook Login, we receive the Facebook account identifier, name, and email address that Facebook authorizes for login. We use this information only to create, link, secure, and authenticate your TheBigList account. We do not receive your Facebook password or post to Facebook.

We may share information with service providers, payment processors, hosting providers, legal authorities when required, or to protect our rights.

Users are responsible for complying with all laws when using exported data.

We use reasonable security measures, but no system is 100% secure.

We retain business contact data while it remains useful for the service, subject to correction, removal, legal, security, and suppression requirements. Suppression records may be retained so removed information is not collected again.

California residents may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where required by law. Anyone controlling a listed email may use our verified removal form. Entire-domain removal and other privacy requests may be sent to support@thebiglist.com.

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
