Service

TheBigList provides business lead generation, list creation, search, export, and related services.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are month-to-month and automatically renew until canceled.

You may cancel at any time. No long-term contract is required.

No refunds are provided for partial months, unused searches, unused exports, inactive accounts, or downloaded data.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee data accuracy, availability, phone numbers, websites, business status, response rates, sales results, or marketing performance.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, scrape, attack, reverse engineer, resell, overload, or misuse the platform.

Marketing Compliance

You are solely responsible for complying with all email, phone, marketing, privacy, anti-spam, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable laws.

Third-Party Data

Business information may originate from public sources, user searches, licensed providers, mapping providers, and third-party APIs.

TheBigList makes no representation regarding ownership, consent, accuracy, timeliness, marketing suitability, or legal permissibility of contacting any listed business.

Publicly displayed contact information is not represented as permission or consent to receive marketing. Users must independently determine whether and how a contact may lawfully be contacted.

Data Corrections and Removal

Verified address owners may request removal through our email removal form. Business owners may request corrections or entire-domain suppression by contacting support@thebiglist.com.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, excessive usage, security risks, or violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer

TheBigList is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the previous 30 days.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TheBigList, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from your use of the service or exported data.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes shall be handled in Fresno County, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
